Role Summary
The Growth Marketing Digital Specialist is responsible for lead generation through effective digital marketing strategies. This includes implementing and monitoring campaigns that promote the company’s products and services, developing online marketing strategies, managing digital campaign budgets, and collaborating with external agencies. The role utilizes analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, improve conversion rates, and build strong relationships with potential clients through various digital channels, contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the Lead Generation strategy with focus on achieving the company’s strategic and financial objective.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget for lead generation campaigns and website maintenance, maximizing investment efficiency.
- Coordinate with external agencies to implement marketing strategies and campaigns across search engines, SEO, GEO, social media, telemarketing, and email.
- Support the development and implementation of new features for the company's websites and web/mobile applications.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of the website and online campaigns, focusing on conversion optimization.
- Report online performance results and key indicators related to B2B lead generation campaigns to the marketing manager and the group.
- Collaborate with digital and media agencies to create and implement creative directives and communication strategies aligned with company goals: landing pages, email marketing emails, ad copies, banners, videos and other necessary assets for campaigns
- Manage website content via CMS, ensuring it is updated and meets business requirements and branding standards.
- Actively seek out and implement new online communication channels and plans.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors in accordance with company regulations.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B lead generation and online campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and maximize investment efficiency.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) for managing website content.Nice to have: HTML basic knowledge. Si la CMS putem da exemple (Drupal, Wordpress, Hubspot, Adobe etc)
- HubSpot Knowledge: Nice to have experience with HubSpot for inbound marketing and sales processes.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Nice to have understanding of Salesforce for CRM and sales management.
- Familiarity with working with external agencies and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Languages required: Romanian & English
