Role Summary
We are looking for a Growth & Engagement Marketing Manager to drive the adoption, engagement, and commercial performance of the Benefit Online platform. This role sits at the intersection of B2B and B2C marketing—ensuring that our corporate clients see strong value, while end users actively engage with and spend through the platform.
You will play a key role in transforming Benefit Online into a highly valued, frequently used employee benefit.Success in this role can be achieved with a passion for the customer and a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Drive Platform Engagement & Usage
- Design and execute strategies to increase active users, frequency of use, and spend per user
- Identify friction points in the user journey and improve activation and retention
- Develop initiatives that make the platform habit-forming and top-of-mind for employees
Campaigns & Lifecycle Marketing
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, push, partnerships)
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (onboarding, activation, re-engagement, upsell)
- Develop targeted campaigns for key moments (e.g., benefit allocation periods, seasonal peaks)
Customer & Market Insights
- Analyze user behavior and segment audiences (by company, usage, preferences)
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve engagement and spending
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns (A/B testing, messaging, offers)
B2B2C Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales, Product & Operations to support client retention and growth
- Help position Benefit Online as a high-value benefit for employers
- Support client onboarding with communication kits and engagement strategies
Product & Value Proposition
- Work closely with Product teams to align marketing with platform features
- Contribute to the value proposition and positioning of Benefit Online
- Support go-to-market strategies for new features or partners

Knowledge and Skills:
- You have 5-7+ years experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing
- Experience in B2B2C, digital platforms, fintech, HR tech, or e-commerce is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of user engagement and retention mechanics
- Hands-on experience with:
- CRM & marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Campaign management and performance tracking
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, product, and commercial teams
- Proficiency in English
