Role Summary
The Growth Advisor manages and grows client relationships within an assigned region by promoting and selling company products and services. Supports sales teams in key negotiations and identifies new business opportunities, contributing to the development of commercial strategy.

Responsibilities:
Farming
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication, on-site visits and personalized follow-ups.
- Conduct periodic client meetings to understand evolving business needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure long-term retention and loyalty.
- Identify upsell opportunities within the existing portfolio by analysing usage patterns, feedback and business potential.
- Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports to clients, highlighting ROI and value delivered.
- Negotiates/renegotiates specific contractual terms with portfolio clients in collaboration with the direct manager, in accordance with applicable legislation and internal company procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position the company as a strategic partner.
Hunting
- Identifies sales opportunities for the company's products and services (cross-sell, up-sell) among clients through phone, email, or direct contact; informs other members of the commercial department about the identified opportunities to define the best solutions for the client.
- Prepares product and service offers tailored to the identified client needs.
- Develops and implements creative, forward-thinking approaches to engage potential clients via channels such as phone, video, LinkedIn, personalized emails, and direct mail.
- Research geographic potential within the assigned area and identifies self-generated lead channels.
- Provides customized sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Relationship development: builds and maintains strong relationships with potential clients and business partners.
- Cross-department collaboration works closely with marketing and product development teams to align growth strategies and ensure a competitive offering.
- Uses Salesforce to accurately forecast committed offers and their expected closing dates.
- Ensures tasks are recorded and completed in Salesforce in a timely manner, with all records kept up to date.

Knowledge and Skills:
- You have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales field, in tech or delivery industry/ financial/ banking/ telecommunication services/insurance/HR/Health.
- The ability to successfully hunt for sales is an essential skill. Being able to recognize the potential opportunities, effectively communicate your pitch and close the deal are the key elements of a successful sales hunter.
- Excellent networking and relationship building
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and Sales Force, digital skills
- Availability to travel minimum 50% of the time
- Required languages: Romanian & English
