Role Summary
As a Customer Growth Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients by promoting and selling Edenred’s products and services. Through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and strong relationship-building, you will drive business growth and contribute directly to Edenred’s expansion in the market.
Impact of the Role
This role plays a key part in Edenred’s growth strategy by:
- Driving revenue through new client acquisition
- Expanding Edenred’s market presence and brand recognition
- Identifying customer needs and matching them with tailored solutions
- Strengthening long-term business relationships that support customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Contributing insights to improve sales strategies and keep the company ahead of market trends
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach (according to company allocation/segmentation) within the assigned geographical region: Cluj, Bihor, Arad, Timis, Salaj.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager in the NV area and Regional Strategic Manager.
- Track sales metriscs and report on performance to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Knowledge and Skills:
- You have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales field, preferably in tech or delivery industry/ financial/ banking/ telecommunication services/insurance/HR/Health.
- Higher education graduates.
- The ability to successfully hunt for sales is an essential skill. Being able to recognize the potential opportunities, effectively communicate your pitch and close the deal are the key elements of a successful sales hunter.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent networking and relationship building
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive products is a plus
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and Sales Force, digital skills
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Clean driving license
- Availability to travel minimum 50% of the time
- Required languages: Romanian & English
