  1. How do I add a card?

    If you have a new card that you wish to register in your MyEdenred account, acces the „Home” page and press the „+” top right button, following the presented steps. In the same account you can add more cards issued on the same Personal Identification Number (CNP). For cards issued on different CNPs, new accounts must be created, using different email adresses.

  2. What do I do if my card expires?

    If your card expires soon or has already expired, please contact your employer (the HR department) to receive a new card. Your employer has all the necessary details to decide which cards need to be re-issued. More info can be offered to you by your employer.

  3. How do I recall the PIN code?

    If you have an activ Edenred card and you forgot the PIN code, follow these steps: access the page with the card’s details and select the option “Reveal PIN”. Then you will be asked to authenticate again using the account’s password, then to fill in the CVC2 code (its on the back of the card). Once you’ve finished this step, your PIN code will be displayed, digit by digit.

  4. How do I reset the PIN code?

    If you have an activ Edenred card and you wish to reset the PIN code, follow these steps: access the page with the card’s details and press the button „Settings”, then select „Change PIN” option. You will be asked to authenticate again using the account’s password, then to fill in the CVC2 code (its on the back of the card). Once you’ve finished this step, you can set the new PIN code.

  5. Can I add more cards to my account?

    You can add more than one card to the same account, only if they are issued on the same Personal Identification Number (CNP). For each card issued on another CNP, new accounts must be created, using different email adresses

  6. How do I lock a card?

    If you have lost, had your Edenred card stolen or destroyed, then we recommend that you permanently lock it from your MyEdenred account so that you do not lose the funds available on it.

    Here is how you can permanently lock a card:

    Go to the card details page and press „Settings” button, then select "Block card permanently" option. This action is irreversible, you will not be able to unlock it.

    If you have lost an Edenred card (and you think you can find it) then we recommend that you temporarily block it so that you do not lose the funds available on it until you find the card.

    Here is how you can temporarily block a card: go to the card details page by clicking on the card image and select the "Block card temporarily" option. The action is reversible, with the ability to unlock it whenever you want.

  7. How do I unlock a card

    If you found your misplaced Edenred card, then we recommend that you unlock it from your MyEdenred account so that you do not have to request a new card from your employer. The card can be unlocked only if it is temporarily locked. If it has been marked as lost, stolen or destroyed and permanently locked, you must request a new card from your employer.

    Here is how you can unlock a card: go to the card details screen and press „settings” button, then select the "Unblock card" option. The action is only available for temporarily locked cards.

  8. How do I change my account password?

    If you want to change your login password, you need to access the "Profile" page in your account and then the "Edit" button. After that you need to access the "Password" field in the "Account details" section. A new page will open where you need to enter the current password, then the new password and again the new password for confirmation. The newly entered password must contain between 5 and 15 characters, at least one of which must be uppercase, at least one lowercase, and at least one digit.

  9. What do I do if I forgot my current password?

    On the login page you need to access the "I forgot my password" option, enter the email address used to create the account in the MyEdenred application and then press the "Send reset password link" button. Access the email link and set the new password for your MyEdenred account. You can request a maximum of three password reset links within 24 hours.

  10. How do I change my email address?

    To change the email address used for authentication, you need to access the "Profile" page in your account and then the "Edit" page. Then go to the "Email adress" field in the "Account Details" section and enter the new email address twice. You will receive an email at the new address that contains a link to validate the change of address.

  11. What happens if I enter the wrong PIN more than once?

    If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times, the card will not be blocked, but all transactions during the same day, both contact and contactless, will fail with the error "PIN entered too often". After 24:00, the card is reset and can be used without any problems.

  12. What happens if I enter the wrong account password more than once?

    If you enter your account password incorrectly 5 times, your account is locked. You can only try to log back in after 30 minutes.

    You will receive a warning message displayed on the login page “Account authentication is incorrect or the user is blocked. Please check your information and make sure you have a MyEdenred account. ”

  13. Where can I use the card?

    The cards issued by Edenred are accepted in the most developed network of partner merchants equipped with POS in the whole country. Partner shops and restaurants usually display the sticker with the Edenred logo on the display case or near the cash register, so that it can be easily spotted by the beneficiaries.

    To get the list of partner merchants you are interested in, you can access the "Discover" section.

    Here you can select the product that interests you, the category of stores and look for those stores that offer home delivery, delivery through platforms that centralize offers from various restaurants or payment by card.

  14. How do I enable / disable marketing notifications?

    Select the "Account" option from the main menu, then "Profile" and press the "Edit" button. At the bottom of the screen you will find the "Marketing Information" section where you can select or deselect the options for receiving marketing communications. Pressing the "Confirm" button saves the new values.

  15. How can I change the language in the application?

    The MyEdenred mobile application takes the language of the phone for English and Romanian. If the phone is set to Romanian and the application will also be displayed in Romanian. If the phone is set to English, the app will also be displayed in English. For any other phone language setting other than English and Romanian, the app is displayed in English.

  16. How do I see the balance on the card?

    The balance of each Edenred card that is active can be viewed either on the home page or by accessing the card details page.

  17. How do I activate mobile payment?

    Activation of payment by mobile phone is done from the card details page. Depending on your phone's operating system, your options are Apple Pay or Google Pay. If the card has not yet been paired with an e-wallet on your phone, click the "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Pay" button. You will receive a message with a verification code in the email address associated with your account.

  18. How do I activate a card?

    After registering a card, if it is issued but inactive, you can activate it by accessing the "Activate" button on the card list page, then selecting the "Activate my card" option from the menu.

  19. How do I see the list of transactions?

    If you have an active Edenred card and want to see the list of transactions, go to the card details page.

    Here you can see the last transaction made with description, date and value. If you want to see the whole list, click on the "View all transactions" button.

  20. How do I search for merchants in my area, on the map?

    To find what you are looking for on the map, you need to have active location services in your phone for the MyEdenred application. Then enter the application and select the "Discover" option from the main menu. The map of your area will be displayed and your location will be marked with a blue circle. Restaurants and shops in your area (within a radius of approx. 2 km) will be displayed on the map in the form of red markings, in some of which a number will be displayed, which means that there are several traders at the same address. At the bottom of the screen, the merchants are displayed as a list that can be opened by dragging the end of the list with your finger.

  21. How do I use map filtering to get a limited selection of traders?

    Once you have selected the desired area, you can filter the list of merchants obtained by pressing the Search in this area button. Then tap the Filter button at the top right of the screen. Here you can select, for one of the cards you have in mind, which categories of merchants you want to see on the map. A second filtering mode will allow you to narrow the list of merchants only to those that offer certain special services: FOOD Special Program, Home Delivery, Online Payment, Pickup, or Delivery Platform. To filter the list in this way press the button with a scooter at the bottom right then select the desired options. The map and the list of merchants will be re-displayed according to your selection. For both filtering modes, you must uncheck the selected items to return to the original selection.
