What Does the Law Stipulate on Ticket Creşă?
Ticket Creşa can be granted under Law 193/2006 regarding the grant gift vouchers and childcare vouchers and the rules for its application.

The value of granted childcare vouchers can be deducted from taxes and it is entirely exempted from the payment of taxes and duties applicable to employees and employers.
