Edenred is offering multiple order methods.
You can order Edenred vouchers using both electronic methods, and classical methods.
Edenred Online
Primoclic
Which vouchers can you order with Primoclic?
The 3 types of vouchers are: Ticket Restaurant, Ticket Cadou and Ticket Vacanţa. You have counseling and instructions for each of them, for the purpose of improving the order method.
Why is Primoclic useful to you?
Because you can choose to customize vouchers. This means that when you make the order for nominal vouchers, the data of each employee will already be printed on his/her vouchers. And employees are no longer forced to fill them in by hand. Of course, if you do not wish, choose the non-nominal version and then you will receive the classical vouchers.
How do you use Primoclic?
Primoclic is practically an application, so -before downloading the application and using the service- you must read carefully the installation instructions. We help you at each step of the order: installing, setting, verifying and validating order forms.
You will see that, for safety purposes, you receive by email the customization elements for your company, that is the Account Description.
Automatic Orders
Manage company's figures in an easier manner.
Order Edenred vouchers, Ticket Restaurant, Ticket Cadou and Ticket Vacanţa, directly from the Ciel Payroll application. In this way, together with the accounting operations provided by Ciel Payroll, you will be able to also manage the purchase of Edenred vouchers in an easier, faster and error-free manner.
Which are the advantages:
- you can make nominal orders based on timesheets, and no separate records will be required, the timesheet being extracted directly from the Ciel Payroll application. In this way, orders become fast, simple and carry a minimum error risk.
- all the accounting records and calculations for social contributions and taxes are made directly in the application, and no additional calculations are required.
- if you are a user of the Ciel Payroll application, the Automatic Orders service is automatically available to you, for free, substantially simplifying your activities.

Serviciul de notificari prin intermediul mesajelor transmise pe telefonul dumneavoastra mobil, SMS Alert+, va ofera acum noi facilitati de urmarire a comenzilor dumneavoastra de tichete. Prin SMS Alert+ primiti codul notei de transport pentru coletul dumneavoastra si puteti urmari traseul acestuia introducând codul expedierii în câmpul corespunzator.

În câmpul corespunzator trebuie introdus întregul cod.
Serviciul SMS Alert+ este destinat în exclusivitate clientilor Edenred si va ofera rapid, gratuit si în deplina securitate informatii despre comenzile si livrarile de tichete de masa Ticket Restaurant, tichete de cadouri Ticket Cadou sau tichete de vacanta Ticket Vacanta.
