If you want to have total control over your orders, the solution is to supervise them. You can do so by means of Edenred Online: order and track. In addition, you can see the entire history of your orders, also by Edenred Online.
How do I register on Edenred Online?
In order ro use Edenred Online, you must be an Edenred customer.
After having signed the service supply contract with Edenred, you must take the following steps:
1. Contact Edenred to enter into the possession of the customer code and of the special activation code
2. Register on Edenred Online site.
3. Enter the secured site with your data.
4. Track in real time the status of each order: see if it's in production, if it has been already delivered, etc.
